Parties: This agreement is entered into between you and Shenzhen Shiyu Technology Co., Ltd., conducting business under the name of "Zical" ("we"). Scope of Application: This agreement applies to your use of Zical websites, applications, digital calendars, and related services, including https://zicalstar.si-view.com/ (collectively, "products and/or services").
Eligibility Restrictions: If you do not agree to these terms, are under the legal age for signing contracts (18 years old or the higher of the local legal age), or if access to or use of the products and/or services is prohibited by applicable laws, you shall not order or obtain the products and/or services. Acceptance Method: Ordering products or services through the website, clicking "I agree" when registering for products, or continuing to use the products and/or services shall all be deemed as your acceptance of these terms. Zical may change these terms at any time and publish the updated version on the website.
Registration: When registering for products or services, you need to create a personal profile, which includes personal information.
Ownership: The materials provided on the website, products and/or services (including works protected by copyright and trademarks) are owned by Zical or third parties, excluding your content.

Your Content: You own the rights to all data, information or materials ("your content") provided through the products and/or services. Service Suspension: Zical may temporarily suspend the services in cases such as performing maintenance, responding to security threats, complying with legal requirements or the requirements of network service providers, or resolving user violations.
Feedback: Any feedback you provide regarding the products and/or services, etc. shall belong to Zical. You agree to transfer the relevant rights and assist in the improvement and implementation.

After the access to or use of the beta features is suspended or terminated, you shall have no right to access them again, and the relevant data may be deleted.

Links to Third-Party Websites: Third-party websites linked to from the website are not under the control of Zical. Zical is not responsible for their content and use. You are bound by the terms of use of third-party websites, etc., and you bear the risks of any transactions with third parties.
Unauthorized Activities: Using the products and/or services or third-party content in violation of these terms may be illegal. You are required to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zical and other indemnified parties against any losses suffered as a result of your actions. Ownership: Zical retains all intellectual property rights. Rights not expressly granted in this agreement are not transferred to you.
Termination: You may stop using the products and/or services at any time. Zical has the right to suspend or terminate the products and/or services at any time. If you violate these terms, Zical may suspend or terminate your use. It will try to notify you in advance and assist you in retrieving your data. In special circumstances, it may suspend your use immediately.
Dispute Resolution: All matters related to the signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute resolution of Zical shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes regarding these terms shall be resolved through friendly consultations. If the consultations fail, the disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of the company for litigation.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform this agreement due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, etc., excluding shortage of funds). If the performance is affected for more than 90 days, the party not affected by the force majeure event has the right to terminate the agreement by written notice.
General Provisions: These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all other relevant agreements. They do not create any rights for third-party beneficiaries. Zical's failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights. If any provision is unenforceable, it may be replaced. You shall not assign your rights, while Zical may assign its rights. The parties are independent contractors. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California.
Electronic Communications: Communications on the website and electronic communications with Zical shall be deemed as written communications and have the same legal effect. Notices shall be sent to the address provided in these terms or to support@si-view.com
Notice to California Users: California users have the right to know Zical's headquarters address, contact information, the charging description of the products and/or services, the complaint method and the contact information of the Department of Consumer Affairs.
